Description

Creamy, protein-packed pudding made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for post-workout, dessert, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)
  • Toppings: sugar free chocolate chips, berries, nut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add liquid, protein powder, chia seeds, and cocoa (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until chia seeds are fully incorporated and mixture is smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into a bowl or container. For a thicker pudding, chill for 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Top with chocolate chips, berries, or nut butter if desired.

Notes

Adjust thickness with more chia seeds or milk as needed. Store in fridge up to 4 days. Great for meal prep or a quick snack.
