Description

These no bake salted caramel cookies are rich chewy and perfectly balanced with sweet caramel and a touch of flaky sea salt. A quick and easy treat with no oven required.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 12 soft caramels
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Flaky sea salt for topping


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan melt butter brown sugar and milk
