These No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Parfaits are everything you love about cherry cheesecake—just simplified and layered into charming little cups. With a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy vanilla cheesecake filling, and sweet cherry topping, every spoonful is a mix of creamy, crunchy, and fruity perfection.

Whether you're prepping a crowd-pleasing dessert for a holiday gathering or just want something quick for a weekday treat, these parfaits deliver big flavor with no oven required. They look elegant, taste indulgent, and come together with pantry staples in minutes.

Make them ahead and chill until you’re ready to serve—dessert doesn’t get much more stress-free (or delicious) than this.

Ingredients for No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Parfaits

Crust

 2 cups (168g) honey graham crackers, finely crushed
 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
 ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temp
 ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
 5 ½ cups (357g) heavy cream, room temp

Topping

 1 can cherry pie filling

How to Make No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Parfaits

Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with sugar. Stir in melted butter until evenly moistened. Press ¼ cup of the mixture into the bottom of each parfait cup. Chill while making the filling.

Mix the Filling:
In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Switch to a whisk attachment, add the heavy cream, and whisk until stiff peaks form (about 3 minutes).

Assemble the Parfaits:
Spoon or pipe approximately ½ cup of cheesecake filling into each cup. Chill for 2–3 hours or until set.

Top with Cherries:
Once chilled, add about ¼ cup of cherry pie filling to the top of each parfait. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes
  • Let cream cheese come to room temperature for a smooth filling.

  • Want less sugar? Use no-sugar-added cherry pie filling.
