Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered low carb sweetener (like monk fruit or erythritol)
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add vanilla and sweetener and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in raspberries, trying not to break them apart.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.
  5. Freeze for at least six hours or until fully set.

Notes

These popsicles stay fresh in the freezer for up to two weeks. No popsicle molds? Use small cups with sticks and freeze on a flat tray.
