- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla and sweetener and whisk until fully combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries, trying not to break them apart.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.
- Freeze for at least six hours or until fully set.
Notes
These popsicles stay fresh in the freezer for up to two weeks. No popsicle molds? Use small cups with sticks and freeze on a flat tray.
