Hi friends Betsy here from Potluck Eats and these keto yogurt popsicles are one of my absolute favorite warm weather treats. When summer hits and everyone is hot hungry and cranky these save the day. They are cool creamy lightly sweet and so easy that I usually let the kids help me make them.
I love recipes like this because they feel fun but still fit into real life. No cooking no baking and no stress. Just mix freeze and enjoy. That is my kind of dessert.
Why I Make These on Repeat
These keto yogurt popsicles check all the busy family boxes in my house.
They take minutes to prep
No oven required
Only a few simple ingredients
Perfect for kids and adults
Easy grab and go snack
I usually make a batch at the beginning of the week and stash them in the freezer for after dinner treats.
Ingredients for Keto Yogurt Popsicles
Find quantities at the recipe card below
Plain whole milk Greek yogurt
Low carb powdered sweetener like monk fruit or erythritol
Vanilla extract
Fresh or frozen raspberries
That is it Simple ingredients you probably already have.
How I Make Keto Yogurt Popsicles

First I whisk the Greek yogurt in a bowl until it is nice and creamy. This helps keep the popsicles smooth.
Next I add the vanilla and powdered sweetener and whisk again until everything is well mixed with no lumps.
Then I gently fold in the raspberries. I try not to overmix because I like little pieces of fruit in every bite.
I pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze them for at least six hours. Overnight works best if you can wait.

No Popsicle Molds No Problem
I have been there. If you do not have molds just use small cups.
Fill them about two thirds full
Add wooden sticks
Freeze on a flat tray so nothing spills
They work just as well.
Storage Tips
These need to stay in the freezer.
Keep them in the molds or an airtight container
They stay fresh for up to two weeks
I doubt they will last that long though
Easy Variations We Love
Once you get the hang of these you can switch them up easily.
Use strawberries instead of raspberries
Try lemon zest for a bright twist
Swap yogurt for coconut milk for dairy free
This recipe is very forgiving.
