Why I Love These Keto Candy Corn Fat Bombs

I'm all about recipes that don't make life harder, especially during busy seasons like fall. These fat bombs check all the boxes for me.

They are quick to make
They use simple ingredients
They help curb sweet cravings
They feel festive without being complicated

If a recipe can't be made after a long day, it doesn't belong in my kitchen, and these pass that test every time.

What Are Keto Candy Corn Fat Bombs

Keto candy corn fat bombs are small, high fat, low carb treats designed to support a keto lifestyle. Instead of sugar, they use keto friendly sweeteners and healthy fats like coconut oil or butter.

They're creamy, lightly sweet, and surprisingly satisfying. You only need one or two to feel content.

Ingredients You'll Need

Here's everything I use to make these at home.
Exact quantities are listed in the recipe card at the end of this post.

  • Coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese for a creamier texture
  • Powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • Vanilla extract
  • Natural yellow food coloring or a tiny pinch of turmeric
  • Natural orange food coloring

Tip
I always recommend powdered sweetener for fat bombs. Granulated sweeteners can feel gritty once chilled.

How to Make Keto Candy Corn Fat Bombs

This is a simple layering recipe, so don't overthink it.

Step One

Melt the coconut oil or butter gently over low heat. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sweetener and vanilla.

Step Two

Divide the mixture evenly into three bowls.

Step Three

Leave one bowl plain for the white layer. Color one bowl yellow and one bowl orange.

Step Four

Pour the yellow layer into silicone candy molds or mini cupcake liners. Chill for about five minutes until just set.

Step Five

Add the orange layer and chill again. Finish with the white layer on top.

Step Six

Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes or until fully set.

Helpful Tips From My Kitchen

  • Don't rush the layers. A short chill between layers keeps the colors clean.
  • Store these in the fridge or freezer. They melt quickly at room temperature.
  • If you prefer a firmer fat bomb, use more coconut oil. For creamier, use more butter or cream cheese.

If they're not perfect, don't worry. They still taste amazing.

Storage

I keep these in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to ten days. You can also freeze them for longer storage and just grab one when a craving hits.

Are Keto Candy Corn Fat Bombs Kid Friendly

They're made with sugar free sweeteners, so I usually keep them as an adult treat, but older kids who tolerate keto sweeteners well can enjoy them in moderation.
