These Garlic Sirloin Kabobs are a meat lover’s dream: juicy cubes of sirloin steak basted in a rich, garlicky butter and grilled until perfectly seared on the outside and tender on the inside. Simple ingredients, big steakhouse flavor.

This recipe is all about mastering the grill with ease—just the right amount of garlic, the richness of melted butter, and a few smart grilling tricks make this a go-to for busy weeknights or weekend cookouts. The garlic butter not only adds incredible depth, but also helps the steak caramelize beautifully as it cooks.

Serve them with grilled veggies, baked potatoes, or even on a salad. These kabobs are full of flavor, full of protein, and totally fuss-free.

Ingredients for Garlic Sirloin Kabobs

 ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon garlic salt
 1 teaspoon salt
 ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Garlic Sirloin Kabobs

1

Make Garlic Butter:
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic salt, salt, and black pepper.

2

Prep the Steak:
Cube the sirloin into 1-inch chunks and baste with the garlic butter mixture.

3

Assemble Kabobs:
Thread steak cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps between each for even cooking.

4

Grill:
Preheat grill to 375°F (medium-high). Grill skewers for 8–14 minutes, turning every few minutes until desired doneness is reached. Re-baste during cooking.

5

Rest & Serve:
Let rest 5 minutes. Drizzle with extra garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers. Re-baste the meat during grilling to lock in flavor. Let kabobs rest before serving for juicier steak.

Steak Temperature Guide:

  • Rare: 125°F

  • Medium Rare: 135°F

  • Medium: 145°F

  • Medium Well: 150°F

Leftovers? Slice and serve on a salad or in a wrap.
