  2. Mix with a spoon or spatula until fully combined. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time if needed.
  3. Roll into 1–1½-inch balls.
  4. Chill on a parchment-lined plate for 20 minutes.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

For a vegan version, use maple syrup and plant-based protein powder. Add chia seeds or crushed nuts for texture. Each ball is about 100 kcal.
