FAQ

Can I use other nuts?

Yes! Pecans, almonds, and cashews also work beautifully with this method.

Why are my walnuts sticky?

They may not have cooked long enough. Keep stirring until the sugar fully crystallizes, then caramelizes.

Can I double the recipe?

Yes, but use a larger pot so the nuts cook evenly.
